Today is 6 days postop my spinal fusion surgery/ Idag är det 6 dagar sen min ryggoperation.

and we started out our day by having a stroll along our riviera. Well, not the French one but looking at the picture you might think it is/ och vi började dagen med en promenad längs vår riviera, inte den franska, men man kan ju faktiskt tro det när man tittar på bilden

Azure blue morning-1

22 degrees C in Sweden at 7.30 in the morning on the 3 june !! has never happened before and I don’t think it will ever again. felt like I was walking along the beach in France with the azure blue water calling on me to get in. Since it’s only been 6 days I still have to wait a while before getting in.

morning-1

I promised my hubbie though that I’ll join him and watch when he gets in for the first time this year. While looking at facebook I saw that some friends of mine where on a swimcamp….I actually wished I was there !….maybe a goal for next year ?

workout buddies-1

I guess I have to start out by seeing my physiotherapist first and that’s in a month….until then I’ll do my walks and some minor core exercises. This morning though was 1495 steps and that’s 6 days postop.

Sandhammaren , a preserve on the south coast of Sweden.

Today I went to Sandhammaren to test some things with my camera. So different around here in the wintertime. A lot less beach but more sea. No people ! Regardless of what time of the year it’s a  favorite place of mine. Love to go for  walks on the endless beach. Today I went to work with my camera. Testing a filter.
