Semla, fastlagsbulle or Swedish cream buns…..

if you’re from Sweden ….FIKA time= something sweet and coffee

“How do you say Fika?
(You pronounce it feee-ka). Fika is much less rigid than the more well-known British tea, which only takes place in the afternoon. In Sweden, you can fika whenever you want, although it too usually happens in the afternoon. Swedes use fika as both a verb and a noun. “(copied from Google)

a fastlagsbulle, semla is a cardamom-scented bun filled with almond-paste and whipped cream ( and some snow…icing sugar on top ) yummy yummy….if we get snowed in I’ll make a batch of these heavenly yummy buns.
